Product application: The crude polyether polyol in refining kettle kettle, to adding 1% ~ 5% in certain temperature ( w/w ) of water, stirring, with 75% phosphoric acid neutralization material pH to 4 ~ 6, and the average temperature control is less than 80. Control of dehydration rate, when the moisturecontent to achieve the requirement ( such as less than 0.1% ), thermal material circulation filtering ( such as 110± 5 , pressure 2 ~ 4KPa ), analysis of circulating filtrate of k+ (Na+) ion concentration reached,collect the clear filtrate, obtain qualified polyether polyol.
Packing and storage: The outer layer of coated paper, lined with soft plastic bag, net weight is 20kg/ bag. According to the specific requirements of bulk transport arrangements; be stored in cool, dry, clean area, pay attention to moisture, moisture proof, open bag is not used for sealing products.
